When Fallen Fruit Farms owner Kelsey Bye is not tending to her farm or grapevines, you will likely find her walking around town with her three year old Bernese Mountain Dog, Jack.
Kelsey has explored the world's top winemaking regions, traveling to more than 35 countries to study regional wine styles and winemaking practices. Her focus has long been on ancient viticultural and fermentation techniques.
Kelsey studied wine and winemaking through the Court of Master Sommeliers (CMS), Organisation International du Vin (OIV), the Wine & Spirit Education Trust (WSET) and the University of California at Davis.
Kelsey serves as a wine judge and is the founder of Benicia Fermentory — a non-alcoholic, celebratory probiotic beverage company.
